Peter Duncan

Peter Duncan has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as an Operations Leadership Coach and Human Resources Manager at Alcoa since December 2021. Prior to this, Peter held the position of Human Resources Manager at ALCOA PORTLAND ALUMINIUM PTY LTD for a brief period in late 2021 and earlier spent over 13 years at Alcoa in various roles, including Human Resources Consultant and Business Improvement Consultant. Peter's career began in the Royal Australian Air Force as a Ground Support Equipment Technician, followed by roles in production supervision and operations with Rio Tinto Alcan and Chemeq Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and a Diploma of Business in Human Resources from Charles Darwin University, along with additional certifications in industrial relations and frontline management.
