Peter Mullins

Peter Mullins has extensive experience in maintenance and planning within the mining and resources sector, currently serving as Equipment Maintenance Superintendent at Alcoa's Wagerup Refinery since January 1994. This role involves supervising teams focused on planned maintenance for Fixed Plant and Mobile equipment, alongside managing site security and warehouse operations. Throughout his tenure at Alcoa, Peter has held multiple leadership positions, including Business Improvement & Planning Superintendent, where productivity and efficiency gains were achieved through problem-solving initiatives. Peter's career began at Westpac Banking Group, progressing from a teller to roles in legal documentation and loan preparation. Education includes completion of the TEE at Wesley College and foundational schooling at Pinjarra Primary School.
