Shelley E. Ranii

Shelley E. Ranii is the Global Decarbonization Director at Alcoa, where they lead initiatives to transform low-carbon ambitions into operational realities. They have held several strategic roles at Alcoa, including Director of Strategy and Director of Global Marketing, where they oversee global market strategies for aluminum and sustainable products. In addition to their work at Alcoa, Shelley has served as a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations and has taught as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University. They hold a Master’s degree in International Economics and International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard University.
