Wayne Shanko

Wayne Shanko is currently the General Manager at SAPA Aluminium Extrusion Limited, where they oversee casthouse operations. Previously, Wayne held various roles at Alcoa and Reynolds Metals, including Casting Technologist and Best Practice Technical Manager, where they focused on casting processes and troubleshooting. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and hold a certification as an Insulator from Virginia Technical School. Throughout their career, Wayne has contributed to advancements in casting technology and safety practices.
