Aaron McLendon

Aaron McLendon has extensive experience in analytics, currently serving as Global Director of People Analytics & Communications Analytics at Alcon since May 2018, where leadership includes managing teams that focus on workforce demographics, predictive analytics, and creating a global analytics platform for HR COEs. Previous roles include Global Process Owner for Commercial Analytics and Sr. Manager of Data Science at ACTIVE Network, overseeing teams engaging in consumer behavior analytics and event projections. Prior experience includes data science positions at RealPage, Inc., focusing on revenue forecasting models, and revenue management analysis at Mid-America Apartment Communities. Education includes an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University, a Graduate Certificate in Data-Driven Marketing from Cornell, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Memphis.
