Abbey Brewer

Abbey Brewer is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and onboarding, currently serving as the Manager of Onboarding & US Early Career at Alcon since January 2017, where Abbey focuses on creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires. Prior to Alcon, Abbey held multiple roles at Korn Ferry, including Manager of BestSTART and Onboarding, along with team leadership positions, contributing to high-impact recruitment solutions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Additionally, Abbey has a diverse background in nonprofit management, having served as Chief Executive Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Wyoming, and worked in community service roles with the Corporation for National and Community Service. Abbey holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture Business and Economics from New Mexico State University.
