Adam Pierson

Adam Pierson is a legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and compliance matters. Currently serving as Director, Senior Counsel at Alcon since March 2023, Adam manages global litigation and provides legal advice across various business segments within the $10B medical device company. Previously, Adam was a Partner and Co-Chair of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation Practice Group at DLA Piper, focusing on litigation and investigations for life science and healthcare clients. Adam's career also includes positions as a Litigation Associate/Partner at Dentons and an Associate at Jones Day, as well as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Adam holds a Doctor of Law (JD), magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University.
