Alexander Basmanji

Alexander Basmanji is currently the Head of Customer Operations in France at Alcon, where they lead the customer operations team to enhance service delivery and customer experience. With over six years of experience in the medical device industry, Alexander has held various roles in Quality Assurance, Operations, E-Commerce, and Customer Support. Prior to this, they worked in the automotive sector, focusing on quality management across multiple functions within organizations such as Volvo and Valeo. Alexander holds a Master of Science in Quality and Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
