Alexis Rendon, PhD, MPH, is an experienced clinical research leader with a comprehensive background in public health and clinical development. From October 2017 to December 2020, Alexis served as the Director of Clinical Research at Texas Eye and Laser Center. In addition, an adjunct professor role at Tarleton State University was held from August 2020 to May 2021. Recently, in March 2024, Alexis took on positions as Principal II Global Clinical Site Developer and Global CDMA Clinical Lead at Alcon. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from St. Edward's University, a Master of Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health, both obtained from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth.
