Amber Benge

Amber Benge has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Amber has held various leadership positions in companies such as Alcon, ClubCorp, Cowboys Fit, Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women, Sebastians Cafe & Catering, and Del Frisco's Restaurant Group. Currently, Amber serves as the Global Talent Management Leader and Global HR Portfolio Leader at Alcon, along with being the Chief Of Staff to USVC GM. Prior to their current roles, Amber has also held positions such as Director of Operations, General Manager, Category Development Manager, Inside Sales Representative, and Director of Sales.
