Anson Tang

Anson Tang has over 18 years of experience in the field of optometry and professional education. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Education & Development for Asia at Alcon since June 2016, Anson has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Professional Education & Development for ANZ & Asia and Head of Professional Affairs for ANZ. Prior to joining Alcon, Anson was a Managing Optometrist at MySpec Optometrist from December 2004 to June 2016, and worked as an Optometrist at 1001 Optical from December 2004 to December 2007. Anson holds a Bachelor of Optometry with Honors from the University of New South Wales, earned between 2000 and 2004.
