Bee Hong Tan

Bee Hong Tan has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as an HR Manager at Venture Corporation Limited in 1998 and held this position until 2010. Following this, they joined Alcon Johor as the Head of Human Resources in 2010 and are currently still in this role. In addition, Bee Hong Tan has also held the position of Head/Director of Human Resources for the East Asia MTO division at Alcon from 2022 to 2023. They are currently the Head of HR for the APAC HQ in Singapore and Malaysia for Alcon.

Bee Hong Tan obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from University Technology Malaysia, from 1998 to 2000.
