Beverley Rouse

Beverley Rouse is a strategic HR executive with over 20 years of experience in employee relations and organizational culture transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Global Director of Employee Relations at Alcon, Beverley leads a global team responsible for developing and implementing employee relations strategies across 77 countries. Previously, Beverley held roles at Alcon and Lockheed Martin, including a Senior Manager of Employee Relations and an F-35 International Program Integrator. They earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
