Brad Masters, PhD, is an experienced Principal Scientist currently employed at Alcon since 2006, where they lead metrology quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance. With a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Operations Management obtained from The University of Texas at Arlington, Brad has developed skills in Change Control, Quality Management, and Calibration. Prior to their role at Alcon, they owned MR Company, managing quality engineering and validation activities from 1999 to 2005, and served in various positions at GE Team Controls and H.E.A.T. Inc., where they honed their expertise in service management and system integration. Brad is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Abilene Christian University.
