Charlene Morrison

Charlene Morrison is a dedicated Principal Engineer in the MS&T sector at Alcon, currently engaged in a developmental rotational program. Previously, they served as a Manufacturing Production Supervisor in the Custom Pak Department, where they coordinated manufacturing activities and led a team to enhance operational efficiency. Charlene has also held positions as a QC Lab Manager and Audit Supervisor, showcasing their expertise in quality control and inventory management. They hold a Master's degree in Bioengineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
