Charles Silvey

Charles Silvey is the Global Head of Internal Audit at Alcon, responsible for building the Internal Audit function in preparation for a corporate spin-off. They have extensive experience in internal audit and financial compliance, having previously served as Vice President of Internal Audit at companies like Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Catalent. With a strong background in Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Silvey is recognized as a thought leader and international speaker on compliance and internal audit practices. They hold a BS in Business from Monmouth University and have developed and implemented various audit strategies throughout their career.
