Chee Wee Kok

Chee Wee Kok has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. From 2016 to the present, they have been working at Alcon as the Head / Director of Business Excellence, where they oversee operational excellence, digitalization projects, training, and communication strategies to drive cost-efficiency and service level improvements. Chee Wee also leads initiatives to improve products, processes, and operations, creating new value for the organization. Prior to joining Alcon, from 1999 to 2016, they worked at CIBA Vision Johor Sdn Bhd, holding positions such as Manager of product steward, Manufacturing Science & Technology and Principal Engineer.

Chee Wee Kok obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Malaya, graduating in 1999. They later pursued a ceMBA (Master of Business Administration) at Wawasan Open University from 2008 to 2011.
