Chris Herman

Chris Herman is currently the Division Manager in Los Angeles for Alcon, specializing in eye care with a focus on glaucoma and dry eye. Previously, Chris held various roles in management at companies including Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, and Pacific Sunwear, where they cultivated a customer-first culture and drove operational excellence. Notably, Chris was also a District Manager for Active Ride Shop, leading the store to achieve record sales. Prior to their business endeavors, Chris was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies as a baseball player before a career-ending injury influenced a shift towards education and management. Chris is currently pursuing a degree at the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business.
