Chris Home has extensive experience in manufacturing and project management within the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as an MES Project Manager, Senior Manufacturing Manager, and Night Shift Area Manager at Alcon since September 2016, Chris has previously held key leadership roles at Stryker, including managing a high-volume production team and overseeing the Acetabular cell. Additional roles at Forest Laboratories involved developing the DPI process for commercial production, while experience at Mylan Pharmaceuticals included managing a large Packaging Department. Early career roles at Gerard Laboratories and EC Labels Ltd focused on production supervision, efficiency optimization, and job scheduling. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Griffith College Cork and multiple qualifications from Waterford Institute of Technology, including a National Certificate in Biology.
