Chris Olson

Chris Olson has extensive experience in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Surgical Manufacturing and Supply and Vice President of Contact Lens Manufacturing and Supply at Alcon, a Novartis Division, since June 2010. Prior to this, Chris held various leadership roles at CIBA Vision from January 1989 to June 2010, including Head of Strategy and Supply, Head of Manufacturing, Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Development Engineer. Before that, Chris worked as a Test Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation from July 1986 to January 1989. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the New York Institute of Technology and previously studied Mechanical Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Education was completed at Comsewogue High School.
