Constanze Scharf

Constanze Scharf has extensive experience in quality systems and engineering within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Since May 2014, Constanze has held multiple leadership positions at Alcon, including Head Quality Systems and Head of Quality Engineering. Prior to this, Constanze worked at Novartis Vaccines from November 2001 to May 2014, serving as OE Champion, where responsibilities included overseeing continuous improvement processes and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Early career tenure at ASTA Medica GmbH featured roles as Lab Technician and GMP Coordinator. Constanze is professionally trained as a Chemielaborantin and is certified as a Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie with a degree in Heilerlaubnis.
