Dalton Thibodeaux

Dalton Thibodeaux has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dalton started their career in 1987 in the US Army as a Medical Specialist and later became an Ophthalmic Technician. Dalton then worked as a Study Coordinator at MID AMERICA RETINA CONSULTANTS PA and as a Clinical Trial Administrator at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dalton joined the Kansas National Guard as a Medical Specialist and also worked as a CRA at Quintiles. Dalton then moved to i3 Research as a Senior CRA before joining Alcon Laboratories, Inc. as an Associate Director and Clinical Operations Lead.

Dalton Thibodeaux obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pre-Medicine from Kansas State University, attending from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Harrison Central High School from 1984 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Giving and Receiving Feedback," "Coaching for Results," "Creating Flowcharts for Beginners," "Microsoft Teams for Team Owners," "Virtual Pathways to Leadership® Course 4," "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "Coaching and Developing Employees," and "Unconscious Bias." These certifications were obtained through institutions such as LinkedIn and Verus Global between 2021 and 2023.
