Danielle Freeman

Danielle Freeman, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Engineer 1 in Packaging Engineering at Alcon, with prior experience as a Production Supervisor and Quality Engineer 1 within the same organization since February 2021. Previous roles include serving as an Intramural Supervisor and Referee at Rutgers University, overseeing thousands of students and ensuring a safe playing environment. Danielle also contributed to Commercial Quality Assurance at Carpenter Technology Corporation, where awareness of customer order accuracy led to a 5% reduction in inconsistency for a multi-billion-dollar company. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and is pursuing an MBA from The University of Arizona Global Campus, expected to complete in March 2025.
