David Leers is currently the Regional Director of Americas Complaints at Alcon, where they lead complaint handling teams for the region. Previously, they served as the Associate Director of Medical Safety QA at Alcon. At Medtronic, from 2001 to 2017, David managed customer loyalty and complaint processing teams, contributing to the development of a global complaint handling solution. Earlier in their career, they were the Quality Assurance Manager at Karlee Company, overseeing the Quality Department for an award-winning contract manufacturer. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Indiana University Bloomington.
