Deborah Cole is an experienced leader in organizational transformation and strategic change management, currently serving as the Communications and Adoption Leader at Alcon since 2023. With a proven track record of driving complex global transformations for Fortune 500 companies, Deborah has held key positions, including Vice President at Valchemy Inc., Accretive Solutions, and Pariveda Solutions, as well as Specialist Leader at Deloitte. They are passionate about mentoring junior change practitioners and effectively managing the human side of organizational change. Deborah holds an MBA and a BS from Santa Clara University, both of which are currently being pursued.
