Dee Loader

Dee Loader has extensive experience in operations and procurement, currently serving as a Sourcing Manager at Alcon since September 2019. Previously, Dee held positions at RM Palmer Company as a Co-Manufacturing Coordinator and at F.M. Brown's in Purchasing/Logistics, where responsibilities included procurement of bulk ingredients and logistics management. Dee's background also includes significant leadership roles at Proper Nutrition Inc, starting as Director of Operations and later serving as Interim President, overseeing operational management, staff, strategic development, and various aspects of product development and quality control. Earlier experience includes administrative roles and account management at Proper Nutrition and Batchelor & Company. Dee earned a BA in Finance and Business Administration from Liberty University.
