Dr. André Wicklein is currently the Associate Director of R&D for Materials, Intermediates, and Process Chemistry at Alcon. They previously held positions as Manager of Synthesis Scale-Up and Senior Research Scientist in Chemical Processes and Up-Scaling at Alcon Laboratories Vision Care, Inc. (Novartis) between 2012 and 2015, after serving as the Head of Synthesis & Scale-up Laboratory at Huntsman Advanced Materials from 2010 to 2012. Dr. Wicklein is also pursuing a PhD at the Universität Bayreuth.
