Duane Stumpf

Duane Stumpf currently serves as the Global Head of Integrity & Compliance at Alcon since December 2016, following a role as Deputy Head of Global Integrity & Compliance and U.S. Monitoring Manager at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. from November 2012 to December 2016. Prior to this, Duane was the Director at Searchlight Compliance Advisors, specializing in compliance consulting services from September 2009 to November 2012. Duane has also worked as a Manager in Fraud Investigations and Dispute Services at Ernst & Young from 2005 to 2008 and held a project management position within the Life Sciences Practice at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2005. Duane earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School (1997-1999) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bradley University (1984-1987).
