Eric Rapaport is a seasoned UX and program leader with over two decades of experience in digital product strategy, enterprise design systems, and mobile innovation. They have played pivotal roles in Fortune 500 companies as well as high-growth startups, notably leading significant projects such as the design unification at Alcon post-acquisition and the successful launch of T-Mobile's T-Life app. Currently, they serve as the UX/UI Program Manager at Alcon, where they direct cross-functional teams and establish design standards across digital touchpoints. As the founder of Rapaport Consulting, they provide strategic guidance in UX and digital transformation for various enterprise organizations. Eric is also pursuing studies in Interaction Design at Santa Monica College.
