Erica Wright

Erica Wright, Ph.D., is a Senior Engineering Manager in Manufacturing Science & Technology at Alcon, where they currently manage product lifecycle and site-to-site transfer project portfolios. Previously, Erica held various engineering roles at Alcon, including leading investigation teams and supporting manufacturing validation efforts. They began their career as a Graduate Research Associate at Rice University, focusing on engineered cartilage research, and later contributed to R&D and product development at InGeneron Incorporation. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering from Rice University.
