Gavin Guan is currently the Head of Supply Chain for Great China at Alcon, overseeing all supply chain functions, including purchasing, planning, logistics, and customer service. Previously, Gavin held various senior roles in supply chain management, including Director of Supply Chain at B. Braun Medical and APAC Supply Chain Director at Donaldson Asia Pacific. Gavin's experience also includes positions at ExxonMobil, BASF-YPC COMPANY LIMITED, and DuPont. Gavin earned a Bachelor's degree in HVAC from DongHua University and a Master's degree in Automation Theory and Engineering from East China University of Sciences and Technology.
