Gisele Maxwell

Gisele Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gisele started their career in 1998 as an Engineering Manager at Crystal Technology Inc, where they worked until 2002. Gisele then joined Silicon Light Machines as a Program Manager for Lithium Tantalate Products. In 2005, they became the CEO of Shasta Crystals and served in this role until 2019. During this time, they also held positions at the French American Chamber of Commerce San Francisco as Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors. In 2019, they joined TetraVue, Inc. as a Senior Scientist and later became the President of Altus Consulting LLC in February 2019. In 2020, they became a Partner at Phoenician Photonics LLC and also pursued a career as an International Best Selling Author and Business Coach at Free and Rich Beyond Wealthy. Currently, they are working at Alcon as a Principal Engineer, where they started as a Principal Engineer II in 2021 and is now a Senior Principal Engineer.
