Grant Brown

Grant Brown is an experienced professional with a diverse background in category development, brand management, and sales management across various sectors. Currently serving as Category Development Manager ANZ at Alcon since July 2019, Grant drives strategies across Pharmacy, Optometry, and Grocery channels while also leading customer planning and promotional strategies. Grant has held multiple roles at Alcon, including a brand management position during a maternity leave secondment. Prior to Alcon, Grant was the National Sales Manager at Seiko Australia Pty Ltd, overseeing strategic initiatives and leading teams to enhance brand presence and profitability. Grant also serves as Director of Operation Restore Hope Australia, a charity focused on providing surgical care for underprivileged children. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies in People Management at the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Business Management from Macquarie Community College.
