Hans Kell serves as the Director of Global Quality Customer Affairs at Alcon since October 2017. Prior experience includes working as an optometrist in private practice at Vision Source Kingwood/Northpark from September 2015 to October 2017, and various leadership roles at Vision Source from July 2008 to September 2014, including Vice President of Professional Development and Member Services. Earlier in the career, Hans was a partner at Front Range Eye Health Center from October 1999 to June 2008 and served as Center Director at Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute from July 1996 to October 1999. Additional experience includes directing the Optometry department at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and completing a residency in Hospital-Based Optometry at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Hans holds an OD degree from Southern California College of Optometry and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University.
