Hillary Schatz is currently the Project Head of Surgical R&D at Alcon, having progressed through various roles since joining the company, including positions as Manager of IOL Product Testing and Associate Director of Surgical IOL Pilot Line & Product Testing. Prior to their leadership roles, Hillary gained experience as an Engineer and Engineer II at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. They hold a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they completed in 1996.
