Izabela Bryja has over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as the Europe Regional Process Owner for OTI & Returns at Alcon since December 2012, Izabela leads initiatives aimed at enhancing customer relationships and streamlining collaborations. With prior roles at Alcon including Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Coordinator, and Customer Service Specialist in the Vision Care segment, Izabela has built a strong foundation in customer service operations. Earlier experience at Novartis from September 2007 to April 2012 involved positions such as Key Account Manager for wholesalers and pharmacy chains, Medical Representative, and Sales and Distribution Department Assistant. Izabela holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie i Gospodarka Światowa with a specialization in Logistics from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, completed in 2007.
