Jack Periard

Jack Periard is the Director of Engineering R&D Product Development at Alcon, bringing over thirty years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of medical devices. They have held various leadership roles in operations, process validation, manufacturing engineering, and project management across several companies. Their extensive project portfolio includes products such as urinary and chest drainage devices, PTA catheters, and intraocular lenses, demonstrating proficiency in design control and compliance with ISO and FDA regulations. Jack earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University and continues to build upon their expertise in the field.
