Jason Hoffe is a strategic and results-driven life sciences executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in various roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as APAC VP for Alcon Vision Care, Jason leads overall business performance and strategy across the APAC region. Previously, Jason held significant positions at Novartis, where accomplishments included turning around the Japan OTC Division and leading the Customers First initiative, resulting in substantial sales growth and cost savings. Jason's career also includes roles at companies such as McKinsey & Company, GSK, and Sandoz Japan. Jason earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and an MBA from London Business School.
