Javier Albarran

Javier Albarran is currently the CommEx International Solutions Delivery Head at Alcon, where they oversee a new organization focused on delivering innovative business solutions through automation, analytics, and digital technology. Previously, they held various roles at Alcon, including EMEA Head of SFE Engagement and EMEA Training Manager, as well as positions at CIBA Vision and Novolent/Novovision. Javier's experience spans across product management and commercial excellence, with a strong emphasis on data-driven strategies. They earned an MBA from EADA and completed additional training at Esade in marketing, finance, and strategy.
