Jeff Young

Jeff Young is currently the Regulatory Affairs Global Drug Development CMC at Alcon, a Novartis company, where they specialize in quality system design and management, FDA regulatory compliance, and Global CMC Regulatory Affairs. Prior to their role at Alcon, Jeff held several leadership positions at Neos Therapeutics, including Director of CMC Regulatory, Director of Quality, and Director of Special Projects/Regulatory. Jeff began their career as a Certified Quality Engineer at Adams Respiratory Therapeutics from 2004 to 2007. They earned a degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 2000.
