Jim Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and packaging. Since July 1990, Jim has been serving as the Global Design Manager at Alcon, where responsibilities include overseeing design initiatives on a global scale. Prior to this role, Jim worked as an Art Director at Lux Packaging from January 1987 to 1989, managing art direction and coordination for gravure preprinted liners and corrugated products. Earlier in their career, Jim was a Packaging Designer at International Paper from January 1983 to December 1986. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Arkansas, earned between September 1979 and May 1982.
