Joseph Weatherbee

Joseph Weatherbee is currently the Director and Senior Legal Counsel IP at Alcon, where they lead efforts in intellectual property law. Prior to this role, they held various positions, including Counsel at Polsinelli PC and Associate at Novak Druce Connelly Bove + Quigg LLP, focusing on patent prosecution. Joseph began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Fernandez & Associates LLP and has also served as a Patent Attorney at Haverstock & Owens LLP. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from Golden Gate University, School of Law.
