Kevin Baker

Kevin Baker is the Director of R&D Data Science at Alcon and a TEDx speaker, boasting 13 years of experience in designing, developing, and promoting analytical solutions across various industries, including healthcare and telecommunications. They have held previous positions as a Teaching Assistant at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, a Staff Scientist at GlucoLight Corporation, and a Data Scientist at North Highland Data and Analytics, among others. Kevin earned a B.S. in Physics from South Dakota Mines, followed by an M.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Their expertise encompasses pricing analytics, algorithm modeling, FDA approval processes, and advanced analytical techniques.
