Krithika Nandakumar

Krithika Nandakumar is an experienced professional in the field of Vision Science and Regulatory Affairs, currently serving in a Global Regulatory Affairs role at Alcon since March 2020. Expertise includes the development and implementation of regulatory strategies, leading technical documentation submissions for Class IIb implantable devices, and successful collaboration with the FDA. Previous experience includes research positions at the University of Waterloo, focusing on human and ocular factors and contact lens research, along with teaching and clinical instructional roles. Nandakumar holds a PhD in Vision Science from the University of Waterloo and a BS in Optometry from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
