Lance K. Lipscomb

Lance K. Lipscomb is a retired professional with an extensive background in process engineering and manufacturing within the optical industry. They served as the Head of Global Process Engineering at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. since 2007, and previously held key positions at CIBA Vision Corp and Gordon Contact Lenses Inc. Their career included roles as Director of Engineering and Director of Pilot Operations, contributing significantly to advancements in lens manufacturing. Lance earned a degree in Biology from Marist University, completing their studies in 1973.
