Laura Gorri is currently the Iberia Head of Legal & Compliance at Alcon and serves as a member of the Ethical Code Monitoring Commission at Fenin. They have extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Novartis Pharma since 2004 and previously as a lawyer at Jausas from 1999 to 2004. Laura began their career as a researcher at UNESCO in 1997. They hold a Master in Bioethics and Law and a Degree in Law from Universitat de Barcelona, and are pursuing additional executive training in Sustainable Leadership at Esade.
