Laurence Alberti is currently the Associate Director of Service Quality at Alcon, a position held since 2022. Previously, from 2018 to 2022, Laurence served as the Responsable QA technique for EMEA at Laboratoires Alcon, where they focused on quality compliance and technical expertise in surgical instrumentation. Laurence began their career as a Technical Support Specialist at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. from 1996 to 1999, and also completed an internship in cardiac implantable devices at Ela Medical in 1996. Additionally, Laurence is pursuing a C1 level Italian language certificate from Institut Dante Alighieri / Université La Sapienza de Rome, starting in 2014, and holds an engineering degree in Biomedical Electronics from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
