Lori McLaughlin

Lori McLaughlin currently serves as Associate Director IT Compliance at Alcon since March 2019, focusing on IT compliance. Previously, from 2014 to August 2021, Lori held the position of RDI IGM Manager at Novartis, managing risk within the ERP Program IRIS (SAP). Lori's career at Alcon began in 1992, with roles progressing from Global IT Training to Project Manager for the WinIVY Medical Software Development Project and later as IT Quality Manager. Key contributions include enhancing risk management processes in response to increased regulatory scrutiny and implementing project management methodologies. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University and attended The Ohio State University from 1980 to 1983.
