Luis Estrada

Luis Estrada, Ph.D., has extensive experience in operational excellence and organizational development across prominent companies. Currently, they serve as the Transformation and Continuous Improvement Director at Alcon, where they lead initiatives in various sectors, including R&D and regulatory affairs. Previously, they held several roles at Merck, including Associate Director of Learning and Development, and they also worked as an IT Systems Analyst at Intel. Luis is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Adult Learning and Information Technology from Capella University and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Harding University.
