Maik Kaemmerer is an experienced engineering professional with a background in electrical engineering and medical technology, holding a Dipl.-Ing. degree from Technische Universität Dresden. Beginning as a Forschungsstudent at Technische Universität Dresden from September 1997 to August 2000, Maik transitioned to a Softwareentwickler role at mikrolab GmbH from September 2000 until June 2023. Currently, Maik serves as a Principal Engineer in Research and Development of Corneal Refractive technologies at Alcon, starting in June 2023.
